Montebello Pointe is a part of a University residential neighborhood off Jefferson Park Avenue. The 3-story building has seven 3 and 4 bedroom apartments with large open living areas and outside decks. Parking is provided within the base of the building and is screened from the street by an arcaded brick wall. The individual apartments are accessed from an atrium that is both space efficient and provides a sky lit front door for the units. The building fits within the residential character of the neighborhood, while maximizing the amount of residences within the project.
